Hi, I'm Susan -
Your literacy wellness guide with a Ph.D. in literacy. Here to shepherd you and cultivate a rich, beautiful journey as your child learns to read. I will show you the map - the exact path children take as they grow as readers, pinpoint where your child is on the map, and simplify the whole learning to read process. After hanging out with me, you'll know the 1 thing your own child needs to optimize their reading journey each step of the way.

Susan is such a gifted and beloved teacher and a subject matter expert extraordinaire. She deeply understands all facets of reading acquisition and has an uncanny ability to ascertain your child's needs and then help determine the best path to bridge any gaps and/or strengthen and weaknesses your child may have. Susan is truly an alchemist who takes her vast knowledge and sincere passion for what she does (and the children she does it for!) and spins it all into the gold of reading fluency and confidence for your child. Along the way she makes sure you understand it all and are able to help your child in ways that work for everyone. Susan is a rare gem and my son has made incredible strides working with her!
